Absolutely. Most of our teas and tinctures complement one another for full-spectrum support. If you’re pregnant, nursing, or on medication, consult your healthcare provider first.


Do your products contain caffeine, sugar, or artificial ingredients?

No artificial additives here — just pure herbs. Some teas naturally contain mild caffeine (like green or yerba mate blends), but most are caffeine-free.


How often should I take or drink my herbal products?

Do you make custom blends or wellness kits?

Yes! We create custom tea or tincture blends and personalized gift boxes. Email or message us with your needs and we’ll craft something unique.


What if my package arrives damaged or missing items?

Unfortunately, we are not responsible for missed or stolen packages. We do offer sign with delivery with most orders. Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos if damaged. If stolen reach out within 24 hour and we will work quickly to resolve with USPS.


Do you offer local pickup or delivery?

In-person pick up/Drop off pickup may be available for local customers — message us before checkout to confirm availability.


What is your return or refund policy?

Because of the natural, consumable nature of our products, all sales are final. If there’s an error or issue with your order, reach out right away.


How much is shipping and how long does it take?

We ship via USPS. Orders process in 3–5 business days and deliver in 2–4 days. Free shipping applies to select order totals — see our Shipping Policy.


Do you ship internationally?

Currently we ship within the United States only, but international shipping is coming soon!
